Tri-Tech has extensive experience in studying and mapping facility infrastructures for many different types of facilities – industrial, governmental, healthcare, and others.  This includes sprinkler; plumbing; HVAC equipment and piping; and electrical systems. Our background provides us with the experience necessary to know what to document, and how to present it clearly so that it can be most useful to the facility owners.

Due to the many different types of systems and applications in healthcare facilities, the staff at Tri-Tech are uniquely positioned to respond to unique requests for services. Recent projects for healthcare facilities have included updating operational standards for Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans, measuring sound pressure for fire alarm annunciating devices, and measuring magnetic flux for MRI machines. Additionally, Tri-Tech has many years of experience working with large central utility plant equipment serving facilities and campuses.

Building on the many years of experience Tri-Tech has accumulated in specialized lab and industrial processes and applications, Tri-Tech is successfully expanding their services to incorporate healthcare-specific applications, including medical gas applications. Multiple members of Tri-Tech staff have experience in different healthcare facilities and hold industry-specific certifications, such as Medical Gas Specialist (ASSE 6005).
